Well if that was the case why were the non magnetic chassis allowed to race in Europe in 2010.
I think the rule change by the CIK now covers all of the chassis tubes (wheras in the past as long as some tubes were magnetic), and gives a measurment and tool to measure the and strenght of the magnetism.
