Hi Nigel, I'm pretty sure I fitted the gasket correctly as I have indeed made that mistake before so always conscious of it now when re-building the PV. It also happened twice so I would have had to have fitted in wrongly on both occassions and only when using the new blade, so I'm quite confident it's not the gasket.
If your at Dunks this month maybe I can come and find you and see what you think?
