Arrows on both "pills" point forward in dry == min caster; for wet leave top "pill" unchanged and move bottom pill through 180 degs so that arrow points backward = full caster. Half caster can only be achieved properly by changing bottom pill for a neutral pill ie one with hole in center, not eccentric. Suggest you only play with camber to make very fine changes when you adapt to track conditions.
