You say the engine has done 30mins running it doesn't mean the carb has since rebuild! It may not be the carb the engine was dynode with. Re-kit the carb anyway, Have you checked the thermal barrier gasket and the carburetor gaskets? Are they in place? and the correct way up? (I made all these mistakes).
Also try to avoid screwing the needles 'home' as this can damage them.
