We run 106/108. mainly because my son is seated forward slightly more that I would like as he uses an Iztech seat and I can't easily get him back anymore. So to help with weight distribution I have the engine back as much as sensible.

It really is what suits you. Many factors will drive the length of the chain.ie Chain/sprocket wear & tear, weight distribution, preference by the mechanic as to what's best, parasitic loss. Plus many more that I am sure someone will add to this list.
