Most of the expense is in dyno time matching the van full of components that you have bought because of the differences in tolerence of each part. Surely if the engine builder was allowed to machine the parts to a set of blueprints this would negate the mass buying and matching? I am proberly talking out of my ar*e here, thats why i am asking
