Hi guys,

Have been away from the sport for about 2-3 years. Have been toying with the idea of making a return for a while and have decided now is the time!!

I am looking to spend a Saturday with a team who can provide the lot (minus a helmet), to see if I still enjoy it and still have a fair bit of pace before spending on equipment and the likes.

Hope you guys can point me in the right direction and fill me in with any new changes since I have been away (which am sure are plenty).
