Hi Paul

Not sure if anyone has already mentioned this as I have not been on the board for a couple of weeks, but for the first 6 months after purchase it is for the seller to prove that goods were of satisfactory quality. If a kart racing chassis fails in that time the buyer should at least get a full repair to an acceptable standard within a reasonable time or a refund or replacement.

Karts are designed to race. If they crack within six months the seller has to prove you have abused it.

Small claims court is there if the seller will not play ball
