We have put a couple of posts on on another thread on a similar topic ie Storm karts cracking.

We have been trying to pursue this now for a couple of months.Dont want to go into too much detail but we dont want another Storm.We agree with others here and one person has actually stated that they also feel that there is no point in taking another Storm chassis.We totally agree with this.Everyone has a budget and no matter what the size of that budget is,how many of us can afford to write off around Ł1500? Whether you can afford to or not,you shouldn't have to.

Unfortunately,our situation is now dragging on a bit and we wish everyone who is pursuing this the very best of luck.It would perhaps be beneficial to all Storm owners if we could do our best to support the chap who is obviously trying to do something here and hope he gets the reaction he deserves.
It appears that someone feels that we are being unreasonable in handing the kart back and requesting a refund.It seems as though they feel that we simply did not like the kart and for that reason wanted our money back.This is definitely not the case.We are not the only ones in this situation and given the number of recent comments on here re the Storm,we are surprised that they feel this way.Perhaps they can see the trend now and it may be more productive if they had spoken to us first.
Best of luck guys and it might be an idea for some of you to take advice here.Dont forget,you can pursue this for a very minimal cost and you definitely have strong evidence from many sources now to support your case.
