This might help Rob but I really think its all down to the quality of the welds.

Mine went first on the near side rear seat post and then on the right side where the middle cross section joins the right channel just under the seat (under your right leg). Neither of these seem like they could be engine related but if it really is just TKM drivers then there must be a reason for it.

Whatever the problem I really didn't expect to be thinking about a new chassis after 7 meetings in 9 months.
