Had a similar problem with a Honda at certain tracks. Tuned out to be a lack of air getting into the petrol tank so as fuel was used it created a vacuum and eventually stopped the fuel flow. It’s a long shot, but have you changed seals on the tank? I do not however know anything about your type of kart or engine sorry.
