Agree with everything Rob has said, and I've also got a different chassis, but a couple of things to add.

One or two quick drivers up our way are going softer rather than stiffer with 30 mm axles, and aren't using seat stays. I think there's still a lot of experimentation being done.

Tyre pressures need to be very low compared to the old ones. I was down to 8 psi on the last hot day and still overheating front tyres by lap 8.

Most seem to be running a relatively narrow front to go with the wide back end.

Finally, I don't love the new tyres yet. My ribs have never been as sore, and it's taken me a while to get anything like a setup, but then I'm quite new to all this. (Preferred the old tyres though!)
