Most batteries will not stand up to the vibration and fail very fast.Stick to the genuine originals.
I would say the so called weight saving would be nothing and not worth the risk as some of these batteries can fail from 5-50 laps of use.There are alot of similar batteries out there but are designed for alarms etc not to survive karting.
