just place the pop off tester pipe on the end of the carb inlet fuel pipe. Pump it up until the guage goes up and goes no further, when it starts to drop, stop pumping (noting the 'pop off point', then let it drop down and settle.

The faster the pop off and settling time, the better the carb.

If there is no settling point then the carb requires a overhaul.

On 100cc carbs it is usually 12 pop off and 7 settling pressure as standard.

I would have thought this would have been the same for a cadet carbs.
