Some tracks are very kind to tyres and you can actually do several meetings on the same tyres. Some actually prefer used tyres, Dunkeswell for example is known for this, which is where I race so lucky me!

As with everything else with karting the general rule of thumb is to test, if you can still go as fast on existing tyres then why change? keep using them until your times drop off.
