Normally the whole gear but people have had the pins replaced but not sure how good it was and if it is legal in your rules.
The clutch not disengaging would have no change on temp as it is essentially fixed drive when you get out the gate and only slips when you stop or are at walking pace really.
I have had a pin break and no temp change or even noticed it until getting back to the pits.
