I don't think it will matter.
When you torque it initially, the wet loctite is not playing any part in the torque reading, so its a true measure.
When you recheck it later to the exact same setting on the wrench, and the loctite is dry, the apparent torque as measured should be quite a bit higher due to the adhesive effect of the loctite, so the wrench should always just click and not move the nut at all. If it does move it, it means the nut started to come undone anyway, so you should take it off, clean it up, and start again.
By the way - temperature plays a significant role in apparent torque so you should only retorque at cold if you initially torqued cold...
I'm all torqued out now.
