Unfortunately, you have to read different sections of the Blue book to try and work out what is legal.
Although it says `pump fuel' I think the final definition is on page 66 and that seems to indicate that the maximum RON allowed is 100 and therefore the BP102 would not be legal.
Maybe that could change for next year as S1 have been allowed to use a higher rated fuel for some classes.
