The actual track length does not seem as important and the track width. The Blue book (page 351) shows maximum numbers allowed per 100m of track for 6m wide and 7m wide. For 100cc classes (and I am guessing that covers most cadet, junior and senior classes) it is 4 per 100m at 6m wide with a maximum of 24 karts and for a 7m wide track, 5 per 100m up to a maximum of 34.
On that basis any track that is 7m wide and 700m or longer can have a grid of 34. Lower numbers for gearbox and 250 int. The exact length only really matters if you want to calculate your average speed.
