Start with just over one full turn open (65min) on the high jet and go from there. We run at 62 mins open and have no temp issues. Your carb will be different but this is not a bad start point and on the safe side from a temp point of view.

If you are just starting out remember not to try and squeeze too much performance from the carb. It's better if he/she gains experiance with a safe temp setting....work with ambient plus 175 degs.
