12/88 to start...then you should get down to a 12/86 eventually once the track and you improve.

In this weather prob. start with 14-16psi in the tyres and then drop them as required.

Loosen up the rear.

15-20mm on front - Although any set-up like that will probably be chassis specific. Perhaps post the chassis type and someone will be able to help more.
