Add that lot up and without the crank work it is Ł140, so if the crank work is 20 that is Ł160. So for Ł60.00 the engine builder is going to strip, clean, measure, and then reassemble the engine so that it is the best possible fit, and with the head volume legal, the squish in the right place, the timing in the best place, the port timings in the best place. On the other hand you are going to save Ł60 and guess everything and hope for the best - get a football if you are worrying about Ł60 to get the job done properly, you will end up spending far more in the long run.
