No where u send it its whether the guy building it can be bothered to give you maximum Pace out of your Rotax Power Plant!! You need to get a piston in it and walk round the workshop choking it whilst listening a to a serious tune (RIverside)!!! Running in doesnt work either just blap it from lap 1 if it blows it blows if it does give it back and blame the bloke who built it!! But Choking it round the workshop is the most important part of the process!! Make sure for perfect running in that you tention the chain to the chuck position and chuck between lap 2/3 this will make it rev to 18,000 and will loosen it and free up the Big end Muh bearing, watch out you dont do a RODDER!! if you do this it could effect main parts including the sump Bung!!
