Best to check with JKH but it used to be that you bought the fuel in 10 ltr cans and took away any unused fuel at the end of the meeting. Next meeting you could use any fuel left from the previous round or use fresh.
Some people only use the atol on race days but others buy extra and also use it for club meetings so that they are always using the same fuel.
