Many thanks for the offers to help. I cant get the kart to anyone to have a look at for a couple of weeks so im going to stop being a tight ar*e and buy a new battery. Im having a really odd spark problem with it sparking inside the spark plug and not at the tip?? Have tried two coils and two plugs and still the same. Like i have said before about my battery, it seams to hold voltage but im not sure about the amps being right?

Failing the battery not working then its down to the carb? It might be not mixing the fuel and air right? ie way too much fuel and flooding it?

I will keep trying........
