either alignment bars or lazer ones to get it correct and if things need adjusting.Check the kingpin bolts as well as the bend and throw things out.
Toe in or out can be done with a tape measure by marking a line on each tyre and then rotating it from the front to to rear and measuring it (real simple but old way)
