hello!

should be perfectly ok t powder coat the chassis, I am getting mine done at my ex workplace so not sure on average costs, depends where you go but I presume u get what you pay for.

If you find a proper place that has the facility to acid bathe your chassis make sure its the right acid for powder coating and blasting should be ok.
