check the Exhaust pipe as the baffle can break. Fuel pump and pulse pipe .Fuel pump as the kit does not last for ever and do not pump enough when they start to go and check all fuel filters as well as the carb one.
Also battery you say you changed it but someone elses to be sure and conections as well.
Also could be your charger,check voltage with a digital voltmeter when they are charged as I have seen people have similar issues and this was it.
