It seems clear from the full statement that if the nose cone were to be banned then the whole ZIP homolagation would be void, which explains why heels have been dug in.

However, that should be their problem not ours.

It does seem that a child is going to have to die before anything changes. Is that really possible in 2009?

I also get the distinct impression that once somebody gets heavily involved in this and then becomes involved directly with the MSA, their ardure is cooled very quickly. Why is this?
