i don't quite know about an MSN licence!

When you fill in the application form for an MSA licence you must state any medical history that could prevent you from racing. My take is that if it is serious enough to mean you cannot have a DRIVING LICENCE, you wouldn't be issued a race licence. Also, if you are over 18 and apply for an MSA licence you must complete a medical which may well indicate the epolepsy.

From a safety point of view i do not think you would be able to race.
