A big part of the problem is that even though you see someone cheating its hard to say anything about it because

a. you then get the oh just because they are
faster than you blah blah blah.

b. it costs if you want to do it officially and
I for one have better things to do with my
money.

c. don't think the officials really can be
bothered to sort it out fully so no
confidence in risking any complaint.

Example 3 sisters september meeting a big push to sort out the clutch issue and it worked no more slipping clutch sounds okay it was a pain getting stripped at the end of each heat but it worked so what did they do october back to the 3000rpm test on the grid and back to the slipping clutches coming off corners.I watched one competitor fail the test it was clear to see and hear what he was up to but the tester carried on until just the right revs were reached to get it to move ha ha ha what a joke lets hope that next year the rules will be better.
