Tillet is the best and works well from the start.
Seat position for the kart should be supplied from Kosmic. most have a seat starting position and it is a good central start point and works well.
Alot of people put them in strange positions cause it is comfortable for them but causes handling issues. Get the seat in the correct position and then fine tune the rest round it !!
