hello all

now i have had my last meeting of the year i will be looking at storing my engine away until next year. what are some of the things that i should do.

should i run the engine at idle on the stand to oil up the crown, piston, and plug? would this be advantageous.

should i change the oil and coolant whilst storing, or should i store it dry without any fluids inside. if i should store with coolant should i store with just water or my usual coolant mix.

i am thinking of storing the engine without carb, airbox, exhaust, loom or battery. these will be stored in a box next to the engine. should i put some kitchen roll in the inlet hole and exhaust hole.

also if anyone knows how to rebuild OTK brakes on a 2005 racer ev could you post here aswell

thanks

adrian
