i want to win, win, win....we're not missing your point paul. you are saying with the current set-up you know what is the best set-up and can(or by the sound of it, not)afford. at the moment there will be folks in the class not able to afford the best gear and hence, in your opinion, will not be running at the front. your fear is the new rules will make you become one of these lower beings who dare to turn up and have a go without having to sell the kids, house etc. your other fear is that it will scare the guys with the money away to other, wallet driven racing!(hmm..is that a bad thing) mate find the gear that allows you to run the full season instead of two meets. practise hard but most of all do it with a big grin on your face whilst at the front or back of the grid. and to put the record straight we all try and win regardless of having new tyres or not! one more thing..stop using the word 'professional' the msa make our sport anal enough. regards
