Depends on how many hours you do a day and practise.
About 8 hours on a piston and about 25hrs on Btm end to be safe.They are good and now the bottom end issues are sorted not a big worry.
The hours on a piston depends on the track and when the piston is just worn too much and they only way is to measure it correctly !! They just loose that bark off the turns but will still run !!
