Your quite right.

I asked a Scrutineer at Rye, and asked "What are they doing about cluthes today?"

"Nothing" was the response.

The implication being do what you like.

Nothing to do with the club. The Scrutineers are the same people I've seen at various clubs. Therefore they should give out a ruling at the start of the meeting.

Yes you can, or no you cannot. If no, then police it, otherwise do what you like.

I don't care either way - Just make it CLEAR at the start of the day for EVERYONE.
