I've had a stuck throttle on a couple of occasions (i now know why) - both times I had the presence of mind to completely cover the airbox and hold the brake as hard as possible.

Brake failure? crikey - if your braking as late as possible it doesnt give you much time to react, erm throw it sideways to scrub off as much speed as possible?

I hope I never have steering failure.
