I bet I don't !
I was generalising a number just short of 13k rpm.
Sometimes it nearly gets there, sometimes not, but it isnt the readout that is wrong - the motor just does not rev out like others do. A guy I spoke to who's son is a front running clubbie / mid pack S1 driver has two 09 engines (one all new, one a new barrel on an older engine) one revs low like ours, so he uses it on tight circuits, one revs like the others, which he finds is good where the circuit is more open - I just wanted to observe that there are still differences that go beyond set-up and jetting
