But the Easykart series offers alot more track time and theres no need to test/purchase the 'latest' chassis.
Now TKM have lauched the TAG system it caters for that market but is still slower than Easykart, but you can race at the 'local' track monthly if theres a grid with TKM or go further a field.
Easykart is a National Championship series, racing once a month without 'club' racing but you can test/practice at any MSA track.
TKM 2nd hand are normally cheaper, Easykart 2nd hand seem to sell pretty quick but to buy new the Easykart is cheaper ready to race and 1/2 the price of a new Rotax complete!

Like any karting class the best thing to do is go to a racing meeting and ask the drivers & mechanics the pro & cons.
