how come that we where asked to change our seat washers from 30mm to 38mm because 30mm might pull through the seat and cause an injury and yet the zip karts are allowed to run their dangerous front nose cones and young drivers are being injured each week.
would it not be possible to take zip karts to court under the product liability clause.
