I use 650 degree RTV sealant for the exhaust. If possible put it on the inside of the exhaust flange 24 hrs before fitting to let it cure a bit (rubberise), but will also work fine if fitted wet.

No idea on the Mychron..... It should fit if the head has not been modified in any way. Do you have a friend with a Rotax that you could look at to see if they are the same..??
