My Impreza does 0-60 in 5.5 seconds and a Rotax max feels an awful lot quicker than that! I reckon 0 to 60 wouldn't be great as the intial get away wouldn't be that good(unless it was a gearbox kart) but if you could measure it from say 5 mph to 60 as a roll on, I think it would be quick.
