There will be 2 clamp brackets under the engine. Each will have a bolt clamping the engine to the frame. Loosen these both off. The engine will be able to move along the frame allowing adjustment of tension on the chain. There ill also be an engine stop bolt behind the engine that will need to be adjested. Tighten the bolts up when it is right - may take several attempts to get the correct chain tension.
