From what you are saying this is not the same as the Tryton. With that issue no one was contacting the MSA direc tly.
CADET49Dad (it is Andy isn't it? the brain is getting a bit old) and so did I and John ryan was excellent.
At one of the Rowrah meetings (I think S1 but could have been Stars) John was there and asked anyone who had a problem with the Tryton to talk to him.
Ours dumped on the warm-up lap of the final so end of race for us so we took the carb to John and he took it to Zip. We knew of others who also had problems but they refused to show John their carbs - what chance did the MSA have of helping to sort the problem?
John also took an interest in the fuel and wanted people to show him if they were getting dirt or generally having problems. Atol responded well and even took a special batch of fuel to rowrah for the cadets.
Overall the MSA will act but they will only do so if people contact them directly with some evidence. they can not take action based on this forumn and that is absolutely correct.
I read one post on here that said S1 had good tyres and good fuel whereas FKS had bad tyres and bad fuel - the tyres all come from the same importer and both series used Atol. Unless there was a conspiracy against FKS then this comment just could be valid.
Send John the information with some evidence and he will act.
