Fazman, Forgive me for stating the obvious but, if you have compression, a spark and fuel then it should go but it's a process of elimination: Do you definitely have enough compression to start the engine? If yes, then do you defintely have a spark? Have you tried a new plug to make sure? Is the ignition timing correct? Is the spark a nice fat, blue one? If yes to them, it has to be fuel related - try catching a couple of cc's of fuel in a jug and put it straight in the plug hole, if it starts, it's fuel/carb related and I would begin by looking at the pulse feed. Eliminate each piece, bit by bit and eventually you'll get to the bottom of it.
