I've said before that this bumper should be banned.

So far kids have been relatively lucky and no lasting damage has been caused, althought the injuries have been nasty.

It won't be long before a child is hit in the head by the front end of a kart that gets launched up the front bumper.

I am contacting the MSA right now regarding the bumper.

That way, if it is drawn to their attention and nothing is done, they have a resposibility.

We're in Max and it doesn't directly affect us but it is a potential death trap at our track in Pylon when a cadet spins on the blind corner.

I wouldn't like to face a parent if the worst scenario played out and we were aware of the potential danger.

I've seen this type of accident too many times now and although I'm usually 'anti change', this is one aspect that I think need rapid attention.
