I bought the kart off ebay, and the guy claims its been 3-4 hours since the last rebuild.

Since I've had it i've bombed around my local (Bradford) track, not really hitting full power at all.

It's been easier to start recently if honest, the weekend it was starting beautifully.

I have only taken the head off so not really seen the sides of the piston.

Can you explain a little more about the Keyway? (picture if poss?)
