Ahhh, the old power pack syndrome.
Anything with a power pack is a no no as it is a very expensive lump which you don't usually carry as a spare.
That's what makes the new TKM look so untidy and ugly.
A typical British lash up with wires and bits everywhere, reminiscent of Meccano days.
Sad really as TKM is a nice cheap class as it is.
The 4/ looks even more of a nightmare, looking like a North Sea oil derrick and uglier than a Biland, if that is possible, and sounding like a bee in a bulldog's gob.
Maybe if it didn't have to have an homologated chassis and you could bolt one on a normal chassis, it may be attractive to Rotax drivers who fancied a bit of TKM'ing.
We've kept a couple of our engines and a tyre and engine swop would put us in the TKM slot.
Won't happen though.
