Good day,
Even more important when using an 11-tooth sprocket is to exchange the [outer] washer [the one between the sprocket and locking nut]. The washer fitted with the 12-tooth sprocket is too large for the 11-tooth sprocket and will most certainly cause the chain to jump off the smaller sprocket.
Choose a smaller washer when using an 11-tooth sprocket.
