MSA rules as i understand is the there should be a measuring device 3m hung above the middle of the track at a set distance!

measuring from the side of the track is not as msa specify! like NJR said about directions of exh!

silicone the fins and try a cut up car inner tube placed around the barrel and head! same job as what the tkm boys do!!!

you could also try a freeline round airbox which has a filter on! or even letting off the throttle when you pass the noise meter!

do they run gearbox karts at this track? if so then non would run under these regs. like some1 said a max was found to be illegal.

what gets me is the local neighborhood kicks up a stink at tracks which have been there for 30 years +! karting has been there this long and its only the local community who have moved in within the last 10 years complain! when they buy their houses in that area they should have done their area evaluation of what goes on before they brought their houses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

P.s. in these remote villages who complain, do the local pubs/restrants/hotels complain about the revenue karting brings to the area? NO!
